The Crowned Heads Blood Medicine B-Positive Limited Edition 2026 returns with a deeper, richer expression of one of the brand’s most celebrated blends. Originally introduced as a limited Toro release, B-Positive quickly gained a following for its bold character and layered flavor. For 2026, Crowned Heads expands the line into three vitolas while maintaining the intense profile that made the original release a standout.

At its core, B-Positive builds on the legacy of the Blood Medicine blend, named after a historic Nashville pharmacy. The 2026 edition replaces the Ecuadorian Habano wrapper used on the original blend with a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper, delivering a fuller-bodied experience and pushing the flavor profile into darker, richer territory.

Expect notes of dark cocoa, espresso, leather, and earthy spice, supported by an Ecuadorian Connecticut binder and premium Nicaraguan fillers. The result is a balanced but powerful cigar with complexity from first light through the final third.

Crafted at the TacaNicsa factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, under the supervision of legendary blender Don Eradio Pichardo, the B-Positive continues Crowned Heads’ tradition of thoughtful blending, storytelling, and meticulous craftsmanship.

Production is extremely limited, with just 800 boxes produced per size, making this one of the most anticipated Crowned Heads releases of the year.
